Gospel-Centered End-of-Life Medical Care on Chris Fabry Live

CaptureI was honored to spend an hour live on Moody Radio with Chris Fabry, an insightful and gracious host. We had the chance to talk with some listeners, and honestly could have discussed the topic of end-of-life care for another hour. For those interested, you can access the recording here as a podcast:

Thank you for addressing this topic so well. This is so needed as so many are at such a loss when it comes to these issues – we need to be able to advocate for our loved ones with a Biblical world view – you have done that so well here in helping those who do not have a medical background to understand the issues. As a nurse I have walked not only my parents home, but also friends. A hard road, and yet when done with our True Home in view – it can be such a beautiful, holy experience. Thanks for the encouragement of a Gospel Centered approach –

Thank you for this feedback, Julia, and for guiding your own family and friends through these harrowing situations. We have such hope in Christ. But we can so easily lose sight of Him in the mire and confusion of the ICU.
